Fee disclosure. No fees are charged in advance of settling a debt. Fees are earned and charged only after an individual enrolled debt is negotiated, a settlement is reached, you have approved that settlement, and at least one payment toward it has been made. Fees are calculated as a percentage of the enrolled balance at the time of enrollment and are disclosed in your written agreement prior to enrollment. Exact fee ranges and state-specific schedules will be finalized by counsel and added here before launch.
Program disclosure. Debt resolution is not suitable for everyone and results vary. Not all clients complete their program. We do not promise or guarantee that any debt will be reduced, settled, or resolved, or that any particular payment amount, savings percentage, or timeframe will be achieved. Program length and terms are set by the provider you choose. Participation will likely adversely affect your creditworthiness, may result in your being subject to collections or lawsuits, and may increase the outstanding balances owed due to accrual of fees and interest. Not accepting funds set aside for settlement may result in a program not completing successfully. We do not assume consumer debt, make monthly payments to creditors, or provide tax, bankruptcy, accounting, legal, or credit repair services. Read and understand all program materials before enrolling.
Licensing. State-specific licensing and registration disclosures, where applicable, will be listed here prior to launch in states that require them. Services are not available in all states.

United Debt Assist does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, disability, familial status, sexual orientation, receipt of public assistance, or the good-faith exercise of rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
